CRT Earthing Wire

The braiding of Copper Wires is also done to Electrolytic Copper Wire (the purest form of copper wire) after being drawn and annealed. The main point is that that identical wires only are Braided together. This is done for all the different varieties of copper wire like Bare Copper, Silver Plated, Tin Plated, which are then put to different uses depending on their utility. These uses are Shielding Cable, for making wire for Earthing, soldering, Wire Assembly, CRT Earthing, MCV, Control Panel, Switch Gear Box, etc.

The Braided copper wire is put through a conductor for making a standard copper wire. The conductor’s two terminals are made of copper pipes with surface coating of tin or silver. It connector is made according to the specifications given by the customers. The wire is passed through special processing to make its joints flexible and also its grounding. The copper wires’ conductance ratio is high i.e. it is a good conductor of electricity and it fatigues very late, in other words it is long-lasting rather than brittle.

Size of manufactured copper wire braids can range from 1/32nd part of an inch to 3 inches in width. These copper braids can be made from bare copper, nickel plated copper, tinned copper, silver plated copper, nickel wire and stainless steel among other materials.

Braided copper wire may be provided in tubular or rolled out form according to the purpose for which it is going to be used based on the business requirements of the clients. Flat braids are used in general for electrical leads, flexible connections and grounding straps. The tubular braids are used for shielding on the whole.

In order to make specific sizes of these wires, one needs to place special request with the manufacturers as mostly certain standardized dimensions are produced in order to cater to the majority of market demand. Some seasoned copper wire manufacturers have the necessary expertise to produce some special applications as well as invent altogether new ones if instructed accordingly.

Some standard applications of copper wire are: the stranded copper wire used for flexible joining wire in devices and applications of transmission of electricity and distribution machines like electric stove, volt transformer, thyristor, electric equipment etc. This type of wire may also be used as grounding wire in electrical works, popularly known as Earthing.

The flexible stranded copper wire is made from very fine quality round copper wire or tinned round copper wire , This product has passed tenacity processing, so the complete - product is soft and its outline is beautiful.

Tinsel Wires

It is in fact no need to explain of all the metals used throughout the world copper wire comes on the top. It contains a lot of features and its use in the life of modern people is very significant. It has a major role in the arena of electrical segment where it is used in numerous ways. It is a very good conductor of electricity so its primary use is in manufacturing wire. Although other materials can also be used for manufacturing purposes but the most preferred one is copper.

are available in both insulated and non insulated forms as depending on the requirements and the form of copper wire (ground wire) that has no insulation and protection is known as bare copper wire. Bare copper wire is used as a base of cables and wire and thus it plays a major role in cable industries. It is usually available in smaller AWG sizes because it facilitates more flexibility when bending around corners is performed. But when it comes to the demand of maximum flexibility then tinsel wire is undoubtedly comes first due to its ability of resistance to failures. It is mainly found in cords used for telephones and it is made by wrapping several strands of thin copper foil around a textile core. Flexibility increases as a result of thinness of the foil.

Most of the users consider only flexible wires as the best ones but sometimes stiffness is also required when there is a consideration of sending a long wire through conduit. Another form of ground wire is THHN when outdoor wiring is required and it is used in insulated form to protect against climate conditions like moisture. Another type is Braided Copper Wire which is used in electric appliances, electric stove and storage battery.

Coating of tin on copper wire is performed when it is used in heaters and high temperature instruments. A step by step process is used for this process. First electrolytic process occurs in which material passes through the chemical tank and by using electric current on the tin slab the process comes to completion. The second process is hot dip process in which the tin slab is melted into an electric pot and the material that is going to be made passed through it.

Recycling of copper wire is also in use today and people are continuously growing their business with the recycling of this important material. Because of the wide use of copper wiring in electrical and automobile segments it is very easy to utilize the copper wire when there is no longer any requirement of copper wire in the equipments.

Copper Wire

Copper is a metal and is used in making electrical equipments and electronics gadgets. The main use of copper is in making electrical wires because it is a good conductor of electricity. It is a type of a metal containing many mixtures. The purity of copper varies and there is a type which is called cadmium free copper, also known as Electrolyte Copper. This is 100 % pure variety.
Bare copper wire has a complex shape and is made into cables. It is used as overhead electricity source for heavy and light transit systems, subways, electrically run mine trains, buses, and the industrial cranes. The copper wire manufacture do involve some stages which later on shift in different directions depending on the use it is supposed to be put in. The copper wire manufacturers have to convert the raw copper rod extracted from its ore and take it through some processes that are involved in their manufacturing.
First of all, Continuous Cast Copper rods of a specified diameter are put into wire drawing and this drawn wire is made into different kind of wire gauges.
After completing this drawing process, the now underprepared wires are kept in an Electric Furnace pot for getting it converted into soft wires of copper. This process is called annealing of the wire.
After the process of annealing of the wires is complete, the process of bunching and stranding of these wires is starts. There are machines which aid in making different sizes of stranded and bunched wires which are still raw and unfit for commercial use as the last step is yet to be taken. The nozzling of these wires is undertaken to prepare the surface of wires better for the next process.
The next step in copper wire manufacture is the Tinning Process. It can be done through either Hot dip process or through Electroplating. In the Hot dip process of copper wire manufacture, the tin is prepared into what is called pickled tin and wire is passed through this. This gives the wires a coating. They are then wound on reels.

The next step in copper wire manufacture is braiding. The braided copper wires are essential for many processes. The copper wire manufacture process is almost complete now but braiding or twisting the wires in order to make braided copper wires according to specifications is important as only then it can be put to different uses. Only braided copper wires become useful for commercial use.

The process for tinsel wires of copper is slightly different. It involves a flattening process, a nylon lapping process, but then again it is put in braiding machines. These slightly different braided copper wires are put to different use which non-tinsel wires cannot accomplish. In the end of every process braided copper wires is the result.
Another process for this metal is where a glass coating is provided to the copper wire. Even in this process, braided copper wires are the end result as the last step is braiding of wires.
