Copper wire and its significance

Copper in its purest form is soft and malleable; it is largely used for electrical wiring, electrical conductor, thermal conductor and as a building material along with the other metals. Since the early ages copper is popularly utilized for the construction purpose of the weapons and devising tools. Copper metal has high metal conductivity, durability and malleability it’s freshly surface is either pinkish or of peach color. The unique characteristics of this metal are its resistance to corrosion. Many different types of wires are drawn from copper metal some of them being, glass wire, Tinsel Copper Wire, tin wire and Television Earthing Wire to name a few.

The tinned copper wire is available in various shapes and sizes. Tin wire are the coated copper wires, they are where overhead power is required the places such as subways, electrically powered trains, buses, light as well as heavy transit systems.

Flexible Jumpers and leads are also made up of this metal. Copper jumpers are manufactured by several copper electrolytes that are applied under high pressure. There are many Laminated Flexible Jumpers Manufacturer in India that supply flexible expansion Jumpers for several power plants, switchgear industries, bus ducts, transformers to name a few.
